Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
