Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
