Responsibilities
- Coordinating corporate training calendar and venues
- Conducting skills training workshops
- Producing instructional video content for training
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Conducting professional masterclasses
- Delivering adult professional education programs
Requirements
- Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Corporate learning and leadership development experience
- Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
