Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
