Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
