Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
