Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
HR administration and personnel operations experience
Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
