Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
