Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
