Responsibilities

Authoring e-learning courses and modules
Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Communication skills
