Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
