Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
