Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
