Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
