Responsibilities

Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
