Responsibilities

Designing employee training curricula
Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Conducting professional masterclasses
Delivering adult professional education programs
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
Communication skills

We offer

1099 independent contractor agreement
